Our launch of our lunch club is Moroccan month.
Come, cook and dine on a culinary delight of Mrouzia, served with Pomegranate and Red Onion Relish and Moroccan Bread. You will make a little jar of your very own “Ras el hanout spice mix” to take home for future Moroccan recipes you may make.
And to drink :
Like whiskey in Scotland, mint tea isn’t a quaint tourist gimmick – it’s a national obsession – so we shall be having some Moroccan Mint tea and for those not driving Moroccan Mint Tea Cocktail.
All you need to being is an Apron and a Tea – Towel, all ingredients will be provided.
