Every Wednesday morning we run an “elementary cooking skills course”.

We make starter’s, main course’s & deserts cooking from fresh. Ensuring safe use of kitchen knives, utensils, ovens, hobs and pots and pans. Basically learning to cook & be safe in the kitchen.

Our outcome is to increase basic food preparation skills and increase basic cooking  and presenting skills. Gain awareness of food safety and gain awareness of using safe and hygenic practise.

The course length is 6.5 hours and is certified by REHIS. (Royal enviromental health institute of scotland).
