REHIS Food Hygiene
Should be taken by new food handlers/volunteers before being allowed to start work for the first time.
The course also meets the requirements for induction training for staff who are not primarily food handlers e.g. care assistants, kitchen porters, nursery nurses.

The course aims to provide participants with basic cooking skills with the aim of increasing their confidence, skills and knowledge.
